This match is the closest we get to our roots - the ground on which LNZCC was once based is just across the road at what is now the All-England Tennis Club's magnificent Wimbledon complex. |

Address: Hampstead Cricket Club, London NW6 1HZ Hampstead Cricket Club was founded in 1865 and is one of the oldest clubs in the Middlesex Premiership League. It can often be a weather-relatedchallenge to complete a game in mid-April and there have often been fireworks when we've been able to. LNZCC once suffered at the hands of 225* by one HCC batsman, falling only 7 runs short in the chase, in a 40 over match! |

This is a well-loved fixture played between two competitive sides on the Monday of the first May Bank holiday - the result is often dependent how much hospitality is enjoyed at the The Cricketers pub opposite. |

Address: Master Park, Oxted, Surrey RH8 9NA In 1952, LNZCC played for the first time against Oxted. Our team on that summer's day almost 70 years included three former test cricketers and an ex-All Black. The inaugural match was followed by a black tie ball at a nearby stately home, which is not something we can promise these days sadly. Oxted is in Surrey, a short train ride from London Bridge, Victoria or Waterloo. One to mark off the 'matches played' calendar for all club members. |

Address: Battersea Park, London SW11 4NJ It is not often one gets a request from Number 10 Downing Street. On this occasion they were pitching for a T20 fixture vs our salubrious Club. We’re planning on a couple of fixtures – one in May and another in June. The quality of the opposition is to be determined (will the Prime Minister turn up?) but this is great opportunity to spread our special brand of kiwi goodwill and perhaps even get the inside track on the goings on in the beating heart of the UK government. |

Address: Follies Farm, High Street Green, Chiddingfold, GU8 4YB After a successful fixture in 2022, we once again join forces with Follies Farm to turn out a mixed XI against a visiting side from St Tropez. Follies Farm offers very unfamiliar conditions for the touring party, whose home ground is surrounded by Umbrella Pines, and their cricket is played on a matting wicket in the middle of a Polo field on the Cote D’Azur. Don't be lulled into a false sense of security - this will be a good side and some excellent cricket will be on order. |

Address: Hagley Hall, Stourbridge, Worcestershire DY9 9LQ Hagley CC is one of our flagship fixtures and cements a real link to New Zealand's heritage - the family founded the port town of Lyttelton in NZ. This match near Stourbridge in Worcestershire should not be missed even as a spectator - the ground is set directly in front of the magnificent, 18th century Palladian style Hagley Hall, the ancestral home of the Lyttelton family. This year is a very special occasion as it likely marks the last time this match is managed by TP - we are looking to get a strong side out and enjoy the weekend by staying over on Saturday night. |

Address: King's House School sports ground, Riverside Dr, Chiswick, London W4 2SH New in 2021 and normally played in the grounds of a magnificent stately home on the banks of the Thames (which was unfortunately underwater until just before this match was originally scheduled), the Flashmen are a similar club to LNZ, by way of sartorial elegance if nothing else. Formed in the early 2000s as a club for expat Zimbabweans, they've opened the doors to South Africans and they are almost always a very strong side. Perhaps their website tells us all we need to know. |

Glorious Goodwood conjures up images of racing, both up on the downs at the horse track, and down on the flat with vintage cars.
